Return and Refund

Returns & Exchange

We offer a 30 day exchange or refund policy. Return the Item to us within 30 days of delivery and we will offer you a full refund of the final product price.

Product must be returned in as new, resalable condition and original packaging. The item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of tear and wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of As New is at the sole discretion of Dataworld Pty Ltd.

All postage, insurance and shipping costs are responsibility of the Purchaser. We recommend that you ship using some traceable method that can provide proof of delivery. Any refund of the purchase price of the returned product will exclude delivery charges. If you received free delivery then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery from your refund amount.

What if I Ordered Wrong Item?

We strongly recommend to double check size required before purchasing. If you made a mistake and ordered a wrong item we can organise exchange at additional cost.
Cost associated with Exchange is exactly the same as per Returns & Exchange Section above - we treat all exchanges as Returns due to costs associated with transportation and labour.

Warranty

Dataworld Pty Ltd provides various length of warranty on different items. Please check Item description for this information. We understand hardware failure can be annoying experience, and hence we aim to provide you with speedy turn around for all faulty equipment and expert after sale support and advice. To assist with a quick resolution and processing of your warranty, please send pictures to sales@dataworld.com.au.

All products that require repairs or replacements under warranty will need to be sent to our Melbourne Warehouse. All postage, insurance and shipping costs are responsibility of the Purchaser. We recommend that you ship using some traceable method that can provide proof of delivery.

The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use as expected for the product's purpose. Warranty does not cover damages caused by wear and tear, accidents, misuse, and lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes. The warranty is voided if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with. Dataworld Pty Ltd maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the product. In no event shall United Storage be liable for special, incidental consequential or indirect damages.
